Upon adding and configuring the LDAP server, you may want to test whether your connection to the LDAP server works. If the test is not successful, you need to make necessary changes to the settings, save the changes, and retest the connection.
To check the connection to a LDAP server
On the LDAP Management page, select an LDAP server which connection you want to check and click .
Select Check connection. If the connection works, you will get a success message, otherwise connection-related error messages will appear.
