The Standard Processes (C4) describes the mapping between the capabilities required by an Enterprise and the Operational Activities that those Capabilities support directly or using the implied relations. The rows of the matrix are Standard Operational Activities and the columns are Capabilities.
To create a C4 matrix
- Specify the Rows Scope (Standard Operational Activities).
- Specify the Columns Scope (Capabilities).
- Click the Refresh button.

To map Standard Operational Activity to Capability
- Double-click an empty intersection.
To remove the relation
- Double-click a full intersection between the desired elements.
