Licensing and other changes in 19.0 SP4

License activation, update, and issue submission processes have been updated in 19.0 SP4. These are the changes that have been implemented:

Modeling tools and plugins are no longer updated automatically. Only the manual update from Service Pack (SP) and major versions to 19.0 SP4 is available. Additionally, the Check for Updates menu item has been removed from the Help menu. Learn more about updating modeling tools and plugins >>
Licenses can no longer be activated/deactivated online. Only offline activation/deactivation is available. Learn more about activating licenses >>
Resource/Plugin Manager (Help > Resource/Plugin Manager) is updated by disabling the Refresh and Download/Install buttons, meaning that only the manual plugins installation is available from now on. Learn more about installing plugins >>
The News Reader menu item has been removed from the Help menu.
The online registration is deprecated. Additionally, the Register menu item has been removed from the Help menu.
The online submission of bugs is no longer available and the Report an Issue menu item has been removed from the Help menu. From now on, all issues have to be registered via web. Learn more about reporting issues >>
