When you select an FMEA Item to be analyzed (the Requires Hazard Analysis property is set to true), it is automatically included in the FMEA to be analyzed Smart Package predefined in the project template. After the safety aspect is analyzed for that FMEA Item and a particular Safety Analysis Item is referenced to it, the FMEA Item is removed from the FMEA to be analyzed Smart Package.
