You can share tables published in Cameo Collaborator documents without the entire document and even embed them into other web pages or documents.

The steps below explain how to share table links with other Cameo Collaborator users or people outside of your organization (public links).

The procedure described only works with non-editable tables.

For editable tables, you still have the options to share the link publicly and embed the table, but you can only share the latest version:

To get a table link

  1. In a Cameo Collaborator document, open the table you want to share.
  2. Click  in the top-right corner of the table card and select Get table link.
  3. Optionally, enable one or several of the following options:
    • Turn on the Public switch to get a link that can be shared publicly.
    • Turn on the Embed table switch to get a link allowing you to embed the table into any content supporting the iFrame component.
    • Select the Get link to latest version radio button to get a link that always opens the latest version of the table.
    • Select the Get link to current version radio button to get a link that opens the current version of the table, even if it is updated.
  4. In the open window, click the Copy button.

After completing the steps above, the link is copied to your clipboard, and you can share it with others.

Embedding dynamic tables

When copying a table link, you can select to get the URL designed to create an inline frame and easily embed it into any content supporting the iFrame component. Furthermore, such a URL is dynamic and always displays the latest version of the embedded table after a Cameo Collaborator document is updated.

To get a table link for embedding the table into other content

  1. In a Cameo Collaborator document, open a table you want to embed.
  2. Click  in the top-right corner of the table card and select Get table link.
  3. In the open window, turn the Embed table switch on.

If you are going to embed the table in the content that is viewed by people who cannot connect to Cameo Collaborator for Teamwork Cloud, turn the Public switch on as well.

  4. Click the Copy button.

After completing the steps above, the link is copied to your clipboard, and you can paste it into the content supporting the iFrame component.
