To create a DIV-1 diagram

  1. Create Exchange Element.
  2. Connect Exchange Elements using Generalization.

You can also use a DIV-1 Conceptual Data Model to display Entities taxonomy. Entities can be linked with Exchange Elements.

To relate these UPDM Elements, use Details relationship.
