Magic Collaboration Studio uses a FlexNet license server or DSLS, therefore you need to install the license server of your choice before applying a license.
By default, the Magic Collaboration Studio has a limit of 5 concurrent connections which you can be increased by purchasing Extended Connection Packs (1 connection pack - 5 additional connections).
Example
If you have purchased Magic Collaboration Studio with 2 Extended Connection Packs, the connection limit for your product will be 15 (5 license connections + 2 x 5 connection pack connections)
License trigrams in DSLS
If you use DSLS, product licenses are checked out using trigrams instead of the full product name.
